I loved the old-fashioned design and the breakfast had a great variety of traditional Swedish dishes. The hotel offered late check-in and I appreciated being able to make tea in the breakfast room at night. The location in the city centre was convenient with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The lake was also a short distance away.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area with stores and restaurants nearby. the interior design was old-fashioned, which was charming. Tea was available in the breakfast room throughout the night, and breakfast served pickled herring and meatballs. the hotel also had a procedure for late arrivals, which was handy.
The noise from the nearby road was intrusive.

Convenient location and friendly service
I recently had an unexpected stay in a hotel due to a road accident, but luckily I found a hotel which was ideally located just off the main road with good private parking. I was impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff, who quickly checked me in and gave me a great suggestion for a restaurant nearby. The hotel had a quaint charm, and I appreciated the little details like being able to make tea at all times. The breakfast was also a treat with a variety of delicious options.
Although I liked the hotel's location, it was right off the main road which meant there was noticeable road noise through the night. there seemed to be some ongoing roadworks at the time, which added to the noise levels and made it somewhat difficult to sleep.

Plus, the hotel's location was ideal, with a grocery store and restaurants just across the street and the lake within walking distance.
The bed felt a bit unstable and old-fashioned, which made me feel a tiny bit uncomfortable. there was some road noise at night from outside, which may have resulted from the heavy timber trucks that pass by frequently.
